Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Belle Reve Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Belle Reve Studio provides project management, billing, and document collaboration tools to its clients. Features evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality at any time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Don't share your password. Keep your contact email current. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Payment
Invoices are issued through Stripe and are due as stated on each invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of the Service. You're responsible for any fees, taxes, or chargebacks.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time, for any reason. On termination, your data is retained per the Privacy Policy and may be exported on request.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Belle Reve Studio's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to the address on file.
