What we collect
Your name and email; the content you create in Belle Reve Studio (tasks, notes, files); basic usage data needed to operate the Service. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see your card number.
How we use it
To operate the Service, send you account and billing emails, and improve the product. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers we use to run Belle Reve Studio: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (AI features, only when explicitly invoked). Each operates under their own privacy and security commitments.
Data retention
Your data is retained for the life of your account. On request, we will delete or export your data within thirty days.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. We honor data export requests in a machine-readable format.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party tracking cookies or analytics that profile you.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to the people who need it to operate the Service.
